Dr. Rick Swecker, Sparks Office

Dr. Rick enjoys educating patients in nutrition and working with children, and athletes at every level of training and competing. He has been with Family First Chiropractic since 2004 and pursues educating families about the importance of a balanced body and life: emotionally, physically, and mentally. His passion for helping a patient express their innate intelligence through adjustments and the philosophy that health and wellness is achieved through this innate intelligence is the belief that inspired him to become a chiropractor. Raised in Northern Nevada, Dr. Rick got his Degree of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College. He also attended the University of Nevada, Reno and has a true loyalty to the Nevada Wolf Pack. His favorite part of Northern Nevada is the proximity to the Sierra Nevada’s and the people. An avid traveler, he has traveled to Chile, Bali, El Salvador and Spain. Dr. Rick lives for his family, consisting of his wife, Kerry, three boys and their daughter. “Everything I do, I do for them”, he says.
